human behavior in organizations to identify the different communication processes taking place in that context. Know the basic tools of planning, design and management of communication systems in organizations. Analyze and evaluate the organizational communication process according to the following variables: leadership, decision making, construction of working groups, collaboration, controversy, conflict, power, cohesion, discussion, negotiation, maturity, growth, creativity and problem solving .

Before taking the course had a very vague idea of what is organizational communication. The issues and cases that were analyzed throughout the semester helped me to understand the application of this aspect of communication in business.
The semester has ended and now when I see part of a press conference on TV or hear about a company's internal problems, I learned concepts come to mind and analyze these situations with a more comprehensive approach.
