Throughout the semester were given various tasks related to the book organizational communication plan Thierry Libaert.

addition, deliveries were carried out in developing a communication plan for the Economic Development Unit of the City of Guadalajara.

On Libaert chapters, I decided to include the following:

Chapter 3: The different forms of communication plan.

The different approaches are a guide to identify what should be added to the plan of communication (objectives, or divisional application). Also, they serve to identify strengths and weaknesses internal or external; objectives comunicaciós variants that complement the communication plan in the following areas: Internal Communication Plan, Communication Plan and Financial Recruitment Communication Plan.

In the first, there could be false targets with respect to the treatment of the employee. It is important to recognize what the real to prevent the collapse of the organization.

In the second, the emphasis is on all potential recipients of such plan, as it tends to interact only with the stock market. In the third, the task of

employer branding becomes fundamental for Human Resources.

want to include a fragment of the second communication plan document because I think that was the cornerstone of this team. Our objectives according to the perception that we obtained from the unit, were important in determining the actions to be undertaken.

Thus, the chapters mentioned in the book helped me to bring ideas to the project of the department. Viewed concepts facilitated the development of the plan and that could be applied in a real environment.
